Leadership coaching for women changing the world
there’s nothing wrong with your leadership.
You simply need space to discover and trust your own.
You’re already a CEO, executive director, senior leader or leading a major social impact programme or initiative.
Perhaps you’ve spent years building your career and are now at a point you once dreamed about.
And yet...
Sometimes you still wonder whether you're good enough.
You second-guess yourself.
You find yourself looking around at other leaders and wondering whether you're supposed to be doing things differently.
Or perhaps you're facing a new level of responsibility — a bigger team, a difficult organisational moment, a new role, a complex decision — and you'd love somewhere safe to step back, think and work out how you want to lead through it.
Because the truth is, leadership at this level doesn't come with a manual.
And you don't need another person telling you how you should lead.
You need space to hear yourself think.
Space to reconnect with what you know.
Space to explore the kind of leader you want to be — and the kind of future you want to help create.
This is coaching for women who are already leading meaningful change.
I work with women across the social impact sector who are leading organisations, teams, programmes and movements towards a more just, equitable and regenerative world.
Women who are deeply committed to what they do.
Women who are exceptionally good at it.
Women who are sometimes still surprised to find themselves where they are.
And women who want to lead with greater confidence, clarity and self-trust — without having to compromise who they are in the process.
With 18+ years experience leading social impact organisations and programmes myself, I understand the particular complexity of this kind of leadership.
The responsibility.
The ambiguity.
The emotional weight.
The expectations.
The knowledge that the work matters enormously — while knowing that you matter too.
And I believe there is another way to lead.
A radically different kind of leadership for a radically different future.
The future we're trying to create requires different ways of leading.
Not leadership built around ego, hierarchy, relentless growth or having all the answers.
But leadership rooted in self-awareness, courage, curiosity, connection, imagination and trust.
Leadership that makes space for complexity.
Leadership that recognises that you don't have to leave your humanity at the door when you step into a senior role.
And leadership that allows you to bring your whole self to the work — while also recognising that you cannot pour endlessly from an empty cup.
Together, we'll explore what it means for you to lead.
Not the leader you think you should be.
Not the leader someone else expects you to be.
Your leadership.
What we might work on?
Every coaching relationship is different because every leader is different.
Our sessions might explore:
Giving yourself permission to lead differently
Understanding your strengths and the unique contribution you bring
Moving beyond perfectionism, people-pleasing or the need to have everything figured out
A new leadership role or level of responsibility
Doubting yourself despite considerable experience and success
Finding your voice and trusting your own judgement
Leading a team through uncertainty or change
Navigating difficult relationships, organisational dynamics or board expectations
Making decisions when there is no obvious right answer
Creating boundaries that allow your work to be sustainable
Exploring how motherhood, caring responsibilities or your health shape the way you want to work and lead
Working out what the next chapter of your leadership looks like
Or simply having somewhere to discuss everything that's currently swirling around your head.
Sometimes we'll work on something very practical.
Sometimes we'll sit with a question that doesn't have an immediate answer.
Sometimes I'll challenge you.
Sometimes I'll help you see what you're not currently able to see for yourself.
And sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is slow down enough for you to hear the answer you already carry.
You don't need more expertise.
You need space to recognise your own.
My approach to coaching is deeply intuitive, curious and grounded.
I won't give you a formula for becoming a better leader.
Instead, I'll help you uncover the leadership approach that feels most authentically yours — and build the confidence and self-trust to actually inhabit it.
Because I don't believe the goal of coaching is for you to become dependent on me. The goal is for you to leave with a deeper connection to yourself.
To trust your judgement.
To recognise your own wisdom.
And to know that when the next difficult, uncertain or unexpected leadership challenge arrives, you have what you need within you to meet it.
Six months. Six conversations. A space that is yours.
A six-month coaching relationship designed to give you somewhere to pause, reflect and move forward with intention.
How it works
6 × 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions, online, over six months.
Between sessions, you'll have the space to reflect on what has emerged and bring whatever feels most alive, challenging or important to our next conversation.
There is no prescribed curriculum because your leadership doesn't need to fit into one.
Investment
Leadership coaching starts from £1,450 for 6 one-hour sessions.
This is for you if...
You care deeply about the work you're doing.
You're already accomplished — but don't always feel it.
You're leading at a level that carries real responsibility.
You want to make a difference without losing yourself in the process.
You're willing to look honestly at yourself, your leadership and the choices you're making.
And somewhere inside, you suspect that you could lead in a way that feels more you.
Not necessarily louder, more confident, or conventional. Just more deeply rooted in who you are and what you believe.
You are allowed to lead your own way.
You don't have to become more corporate.
You don't have to become more extroverted.
You don't have to know all the answers.
You don't have to sacrifice your values to be taken seriously.
You don't have to choose between being an excellent leader and having space, time and energy for everything else that you are.
And you don't have to wait until you feel completely ready. You can lead from where you are.
And perhaps the next chapter of your leadership begins with giving yourself permission to do exactly that.

Hi I’m Kat, a Social Entrepreneur, Business Mentor and certified Coach passionate about enabling women to live and work in their wildly unique way without compromise. (I do coach those who identify as on-binary/trans and men as well).
Over the past six years I’ve helped hundreds of incredible social entrepreneurs and online service providers with a social purpose pursue their passion for social and environmental change, in a more fully aligned way to who they are.
When I trained as a coach in 2021, I decided I wanted to work more with leaders in the social enterprise, non-profit and charity sector. So there started my coaching-only offer, six one-hour sessions over 3-6 months.
I think there is a huge untapped potential amongst people across our sector (volunteers, graduates, young professionals, women and returning mothers, as well as service users and existing leaders) who would make great leaders if they felt more supported and confident to step into those roles, or were given more space to think and be, rather than do, do, do.
In my experience the world needs more people taking time to deeply connect to themselves; to allow what they actually desire or believe in; and to pursue their leadership in their own unique way.
And so that’s what my coaching starts.
Its ok that you have a different perspective, passion and skill-set that is dying to be released and essential for the change we need to see.
Coaching with me helps you connect to that part of you, find confidence in your own voice and leadership, whilst identifying the things you want to do to achieve your vision and goals.

The link above will take you to a short application and booking form, where I ask 4 questions to find out a bit more about you and why you’re looking to work with a coach right now. If I feel I can support you as your coach, I will confirm by email the time and date of our call. On this call you can ask me any questions you have about working together, I am not here to pitch to you, that’s not my style. If it’s a good fit you’ll know and you can ask me for a contract and payment details, so we can get started. If not, I can always refer you to other coaches in the field.
Alternatively, you can apply to work with me via Instagram, simply message me @katluckockcoaching and I’ll respond with a couple of questions.
What past clients have said about working with Kat…
“I came into coaching without any semblance of a business plan, just vague ideas of what I’m passionate about and what I’m good at and a feeling of overwhelm of everything it would take to create a successful business. Throughout our sessions, Kat was able to ask incredibly insightful questions that made the process of thinking through the necessary steps manageable and even exciting.
Due to her extensive knowledge and experience in social entrepreneurship, she also offered creative solutions and ideas that were both pragmatic in terms of what the market needed and what would be financially sustainable and got to the core of what would make running a social business fulfilling for me specifically. Having worked with other mentors and coaches before, Kat stands out as a visionary and perceptive leader who deeply understands what you’re uniquely capable of and pushes you to fulfill your potential while also making the process of getting there feasible based on where you are in your life right now. After every session with her, I was invigorated by what was possible and knew exactly what I needed to do ahead of our next session and beyond to realize my goals.
I give my highest recommendation to working with Kat if you’re at all curious about how your life could be radically transformed through running a business leveraging your specific talents and passions that also makes the world a better place.”
“I have more retainer clients after working with Kat, which is a more sustainable way of making income throughout the year. It also means I and they get to see the impact of us working together.
I have a better sales process and much stronger sales copy. I worked out I had 2 clear audiences and created dedicated pages for each of these. This has made the sales process a lot easier for me.
I launched my inclusive communication toolkit. It has now been downloaded 400+ times and as well as increasing my impact, it has increased my mailing list by 200+ people and has started lots of great conversations with my target client. Really excited to see the long term impact of this.
I think sometimes impact work can be undervalued or we can feel pressured to undercut ourselves as we care so much. I chose to work with Kat because I was looking for someone who understood both impact and profit and how the two should be in lockstep as a social enterprise.
Having someone to talk to who got it. I didn’t need to explain the value I offered to Kat, that was just a given, instead we focused on ways to create sustainable and ethical revenue streams at a fair price for me and my clients.
Systems and structures definitely help, but they also take time to establish and set up. It was good to have a coach over a longer period of time, so I could begin to see the impact of the work I was doing with Kat but also create it at a pace that made sense for me.
Kat is pragmatic and kind. I don’t want someone to be nice to me, I want someone to help me work out where I need to improve and offer genuine guidance about how. Sometimes Kat was a coach, sometimes she would share what had worked for her personally. I found both useful.”
“I was looking for a business coach who would be able to help me grow my business at a pivotal time (I needed to get ready to go full-time with my business), in line with my personal vision and purpose for social impact.
Kat helped me in three main areas: Pricing, strategy, and authentic content creation. She helped me confidently raise my prices and more than triple my revenue from my private language coaching programmes. She coached me to help clarify my social impact, purpose, vision and direction, strengthening my own voice and helping me decide how and when to bring that messaging to my audiences. Getting clarity on these things has given me the focus and energy to be much more ambitious and reach new business milestones at a surprising speed.
From working with Kat I’ve learnt how to bring out the unique aspects of my personal and professional perspective, vision and passion. Through our coaching conversations and my own recent client conversations, I’m also learning just how important it is to set the prices that will work for me rather than what I think people may be willing to pay - and I now feel great about my pricing.
I’ve really appreciated Kat’s tailored and personal approach, recognising and celebrating small and big wins with me, always checking in about what I need from her as a coach along the way, and her willingness and patience in gaining depth and clarity before offering up resources, support, or guidance based on her own experience. She’s good at asking deep coaching questions to bring out clarity and feedback and identify next steps.
I would strongly recommend Kat’s services to business owners with a social purpose. Kat has excellent sales and business savvy, is knowledgeable and passionate about supporting social impact businesses, and a wonderful personality, too.”
“Kat’s been my coach and I have to say she has been absolutely brilliant! She listens, asks the right questions, challenges me, and most of all brings real clarity and a renewed sense of purpose and direction. I always feel invigorated after our sessions and always look forward to the next one. I’m more effective as a result of our sessions and I would recommend Kat to anyone looking to improve themselves, their business and their impact.”
“I love working with Kat, she challenges me to see outside my box and has helped me get clear on important decisions that were holding me back in my business, I’ve managed to simplify processes and make more courageous decisions through her guidance and coaching through some unhelpful thinking that was keeping me playing small, I really value the support and find that having a “thinking partner” is an integral part of what’s needed to cut out the noise and keep moving forward as a small business owner. She is also just a very lovely human!”
“Kat is great at encouraging you to make sure your business works for you, in myriad ways: your role/responsibilities, your time, money. As a social entrepreneur, it’s easy to get caught up in your passion and let these things slide; doing everything, working all the hours, accepting minimal pay. But Kat has (quietly) kept reminding me that if I’m not happy, I can’t bring my best self to my business - and that affects the impact I can have through my business and, ultimately, its longevity. I’ve found that support and challenge really valuable - and I aspire to be more like Kat. She’s an inspiration for all social entrepreneurs. Work with her - you’ll be glad you did.”
“Before I started working with Kat, I had a dream idea with very few details. I was struggling to get a plan together and I didn’t even know what I wanted my business to look like. But [with 12 weeks with Kat], she guided me to build my dream business. She coached me every step of the way. Kat gave me ideas and helped me to see what was possible, but she really coached me to help me find the answers for myself so that I could see my vision come to life.
While working with Kat, I learned that I could build a business the way I want. Kat taught me about my worth and the value I bring to my clients, and that it is possible to build a business that is sustainable, all while giving back. Kat taught me about targeting my mindset and taking actionable steps, even when it feels scary. I’ve learned that I am an amazing asset to the families, my time and my knowledge are valuable, and I should charge accordingly. Kat showed me that I bring so much value to the families I work with and that I can use my skills to create good in the world.”
Hey, I’m Kat
I’m the social entrepreneur coach passionate about scaling the pace of change the world needs right now by supporting people just like you to listen to your inner wisdom and lead in a uniquely intuitive way to who you are and how you want the world to be.
I won’t sugar coat it, life is hard sometimes and it’s easy to get stuck in a cycle of doing it the way its always been done. But I know you’re not here for that kind of life and work. You’re here to shake things up but maybe like me you’re actually a bit of an introvert, an outsider and not always the most outspoken.
That doesn’t mean you can’t lead powerfully and inspire & create the change you so desperately want to see in the world.
After years of working with other passionate changemakers and social entrepreneurs I became frustrated seeing and hearing so many of my peers and colleagues struggle to really influence the change they felt was needed in the incredible roles and organisations they were working in.
Regardless of whether these women (more often than not) we’re programme leads, founders, CEO’s, entrepreneurs, volunteers, administrators or board members they all struggled at times with self-confidence and belief to boldly do what their intuition was guiding them to do.
Having observed and followed hundreds of other great female leaders I’ve learnt that this is normal and it’s in those moments of self-doubt or dis-belief we can discover wisdom to drive us forward.
It’s why I trained as a coach, to boldly step in to my own fears of what’s possible for me and to support hundreds of women pursue their passion, listen to their desires and be guided by their innate wisdom to as the lead the powerful change we need the world over.
What is coaching?
At least the way it works with me.
Coaching is a powerful tool many leaders, all over the world use to tap in to their innate wisdom, set aside time to talk, think and reflect (just for themselves), as well as set goals and work out how they’re going to achieve them, so they actually do.
If you’ve never experienced it before coaching is different to mentoring and provides space for deep listening and powerful questioning from a coach to help the coachee (you) explore and reflect on their thoughts, desires, ideas, experiences, actions, behaviours and more.
The time and space you need to talk, reflect and discover your inner wisdom as a social impact leader or social entrepreneur. Whatever you’re struggling with, seeking to discover or excel in right now we’ll take time to dig deep in to what you need to explore to help you build momentum.
Never experienced coaching before? Want to try it out?
I’m always happy to gift you a free 30 minute coaching session, so you can try it out and see if we’re a good fit before you decide whether or not you want to work with me.
